Take responsibility for parking tickets, tolls, traffic violations, and penalties incurred during your rental period.

Non-compliance may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

7. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communication from Ride Efficient Rentals, including:

Booking confirmations

Rental reminders

Weekly payment notices

Updates or alerts related to your rental

Optional promotional messages (only if you opt in)

Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ride Efficient Rentals is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business

Personal injury or damage resulting from misuse of the vehicle or failure to follow rental guidelines

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental in question.
